All orders placed within the United States always have FREE SHIPPING! 




Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of after receiving the order.


  • Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 5 business days. 

  • You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order once we have processed the order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders. PLEASE make sure you type in the correct email information during the checkout process. If you type your email address incorrectly you will not receive an email confirmation for your order and you will not receive an email with the tracking number for your order. 

  • Orders placed between Friday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday)!




PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS INFORMATION before placing an order! If you realize you typed in the wrong address please email us at as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the address, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If you’ve provide the wrong address information and we ship out your package and it gets shipped back to us you will be be charged for us to ship the package to you a second time. 






  • Delays in shipping

  • Products lost during transit. If your package is lost during transit you will need to file a claim with the Post Office.

  • Products marked as delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

We now ship internationally!! If you live internationally and you place an order the price of shipping for your order will be calculated at checkout according to your location. 




We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged duties or taxes on your order. If duties or taxes are placed on you package by your government you will be responsible for this fee. THE SHABBY TREE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES OR TAXES. 



We hope that you love the item(s) you’ve purchased from The Shabby Tree Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes items just don’t work out. If you aren’t 100% happy with the item(s) you’ve purchased from our boutique we do accept the return of unworn, unwashed and undamaged items.


Return Policy:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Any products marked “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the time you received your item(s). After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for a return.

  • If you return items that are damaged or are not in original condition a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.



  • We DO NOT do exchanges on our end.

  • Since many of our items sell out quickly we suggest repurchasing the item you are returning in the correct size before it may sell out.

Please include either the original invoice sent with your order or a copy of the original invoice with your return. The invoice is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of the item information as well as your order number. By doing this it makes it easier for us to find your order and issue a refund. Once we receive your return in the mail please allow us 1-4 business days to process your return.


If you receive a damaged item in the mail please contact us within three days of receiving the damaged item. Contact us at and please include photos of any damages.
