How to use: Simply run it briefly under your shower or tap and give it a gentle squeeze to create a lush bathing experience. Polish down and then just hang it up to dry. Longevity depends on how hard you are squeezing while lathering the sponge up but we typically get roughly a month's worth of uses (but your milage may vary.) The sponge is recyclable but we recommend repurposing it for a while after the soap has run out before giving tossing it in the recycling bin (they make excellent plant pot filler and household cleaning sponges.)
