It is a light blue top featuring a ruffled collar neckline with elastic detailing, a keyhole tie at the front, balloon sleeves with an elastic band at the wrist and a relaxed and flowy fit. It would be perfect to pair with jeans, pants or shorts and it can easily be dressed up or down! Model is 5’’5” wearing size small. It is 100% cotton.
