This top is a tweed and chiffon mixed top that will be perfect to wear all winter and spring! It has a smocked band at the base of the top and a smocked band at the base of each sleeve. The sleeves are a beautiful balloon style sleeve in a black chiffon material. This is the perfect top to dress up and it will be great to wear to the office or for a more special event like New Years! It would look great paired with jeans or dress pants and will pair well with so many different accessories! Model is 5’4” wearing size small. It is 52% polyester, 45% rayon and 3% spandex and the contrast is 100% polyester. Washing instructions: hand wash cold with like colors, line dry, do not bleach, low iron. Made in China.
