This top is a beautiful chiffon floral printed blouse with a balloon sleeve. It has smocked detailing on the back shoulders as well as at the base of each sleeve. It also has a v neckline with a tie detail. This would be so cute with jeans, dress pants or a skirt! It is a mix of orange, yellow, green, cream, white and tan. Model is 5’4” wearing size small.
