This top/dress is so cute and it will be perfect to wear all spring and summer! It is a cream colored fabric with a small floral print design throughout. It has cold shoulder detailing, wide sleeves and a ruffled bottom with a pom pom trim edge. We love the addition of the pastel pom poms and we think this piece could easily be dressed up or down! It has a loose fit and it also has side pockets which we love! Model is 5’4” wearing size small. It is 100% cotton. Washing instructions: hand wash cold, do not bleach, hang or line dry.
